Phantom Thief Effie is the first game released from Shituzhi’s circle, Yamanashi Musume. It features 29 illustrations with animation, sounds, and effects for particular scenes.

Phantom Thief Effie
Phantom Thief Effie centers around Effie, a shy waitress by day and bold Phantom Thief of justice by night.
Effie’s quiet town is overtaken by a criminal organization run by a bunch of rowdy thugs named “Million.” Effie is out to defeat the criminals and bring peace back to her town!
Characters
In this game, you’ll be playing as Effie to solve the town’s criminal infestation. During the day, Effie has to collect intel on the gang as a waitress at a tavern. The intel will become hints that will help you progress through the game. During the night, Effie will put her fist and magic to use to take out the trash!
Ren, a fellow thief, will appear from time to time to make a scene for herself, including getting caught in sexy traps. She one-sidedly thinks that Effie’s her rival, while Effie seems to have no clue about how Ren sees her.
How did Effie get her power as the Legendary Phantom Thief? Who is the Legendary Phantom Thief she admires? Is that sidekick a talking rabbit? Will Ren become good friends with Effie? Will Effie save her town from the gang?
All those questions (and more) will be answered if you play the game!

Gameplay
The gameplay itself is really simple, and you’d be able to understand it straight away. When you move Effie around the town, it’s shown in a retro JPRG format. The more important part of the game is what kind of sexy occurrences you want Effie to get into.
With 29 brand-new illustrations from Shituzhi and over 100 scenes, this game covers a lot of ground from tentacle porn, Effie masturbating, and a whole lot more. There are animated scenes that show up smoothly.
You will have some enemies to fight via standard turn-based RPG combat. The combat is also straightforward. If you prefer to see Effie getting defeated and facing the consequences, there are plenty of battles to lose! 😉
Some people might want to take their time to explore through the game, trying to find all the traps and tricks Effie can get into. Whether you like to do that or not, you might get worried that you didn’t find all the scenes.
The good part of this game is that it will allow you to unlock all the lewd scenes at the end. It also comes with a feature called “Room of Recollection,” where you can enter to watch the past sexy scenes you’ve unlocked already.
Another thing I liked about this game is that there are detailed settings, including turning off groping during battles and adjustable volume for sexy sounds, that you can customize to your liking.

Review
I’ve been lucky to be a part of this game as a beta tester. I’m not much of a tentacle porn person myself, but there were plenty of other scenes that I really enjoyed, like blowjob scenes and dick-in-pussy action with X-ray visions with smooth animations. Not to mention, Effie and Ren’s voice actresses did well in keeping things really hot. I also liked that there were a number of variations to Effie’s masturbation scenes, and it was fun trying to find out how many different ways she’d do it.
The illustration and art of the game are handled by the amazing Himukai Kyousuke. Along with Effie, I also enjoyed scenes with Ren. Ren’s got a fiery personality to her that contrasts with the shy and soft-spoken waitress Effie.
The Room of Recollection made it really easy for me to access the scenes I wanted to watch again.
Whether you’re a long-time Shituzhi and/or Himukai Kyousuke fan or just discovered them recently, I’m sure you’ll have a good time seeing his characters sexily animated! 😉

5. After you sort out the Mature Content Preferences, you should be able to see the Phantom Thief Effie page.
Scroll down a bit on the page, and you will see the Buy Phantom Thief Effie banner with an Add to Cart button.
Add the game to your cart and go through checkout. Once your purchase is finished and the game content is fully downloaded and installed, you’re all set to play Phantom Thief Effie!
